Why have I not received my rental income?

Payment is sent 24 hours after the first day of rental, leaving the renter the opportunity to make a claim on the site if your boat does not match your initial description. You will receive the amount of the rental in the form of a bank transfer.

To receive this transfer, it is essential to fill in your bank account information in the "My account" section and then "My Bank Information", as well as to provide a scan of your identity card or passport in the "certifications" tab.

To upload your banking information, simply go to "My account" and then "My bank details".

Professionals: Make sure to complete your certifications in the "my account" tab by sending your documents and filling in the requested information.
