What if I have accepted a rental but am no longer available?

If you have accepted a rental and you are no longer available, you will have to submit a cancellation on your Samboat account. 

Under the reservation, on the left hand side you'll see a button that says, "Request a cancellation". Please indicate the reason for the cancellation and the Samboat team will be in contact with you. You may be subject to penalties.
