When do I get paid? and how?

Payment is sent 48 hours after the start of the rental period (working days). Transfers are not sent on public holidays or weekends.

This period gives the renter the opportunity to file a complaint on-site if your boat does not match your initial description.

You will receive the amount of the rental in the form of a bank transfer.

To receive this transfer, it is important to fill in your bank account information (RIB) in the "My account" section and then "My Bank Information", as well as providing a scan of your identity card or passport in the "certifications" tab.
