My reservation is confirmed, but the owner is no longer reachable, what can I do?

We advise you to send him an email, you can also copy Samboat (contact@samboat.fr).

Owners are often on the water and therefore do not always respond instantly.

If the owner does not show up on the day of the rental, you will need to make a "Cancellation request" on your reservation so that the cancellation service can be notified and can treat the case.
