A landlord must respond to the tenant as quickly as possible.
A request is valid by default until the rental start date and/or for 72 hours. If you do not answer within these deadlines, the request will be automatically cancelled and you will be penalized on the referencing of your advertisement.
If the renter finds another boat on the same dates, the request will be automatically cancelled.
As soon as you have accepted the rental request, it will be up to the renter to answer.
The quicker you answer, the more visibility your ad will gain.
Case of "pre-paid" requests:
A pre-paid request is a rental request for which the tenant has already inserted his bank details. (it remains only your acceptance)
For a pre-paid reservation request:
For the next 24 hours, you have 4 hours to respond to this request before it goes to "cancelled".
For all other prepaid requests, you have 24 hours to respond to this request before it is "cancelled".
If you do not respond within the time limit, the request will be automatically cancelled and you will be penalized on the referencing of your ad. A renter, who will have prepaid the rental, will be very disappointed not to have your boat and especially not to have had an answer!
